Legs legs legs!

Heavy leg day today.  Back squats with 25lb plates x10 reps superset with single leg lunges with 20lb dumb bells x10reps per leg.  Deadlifts with 10lb plates x12 reps superset with 20x plie squats with 35lb dumbbell.  Front squats with 10lb plates x10 reps superset with curtseys with 25lb dumbbell.  butt bridges x12reps superset with bench step ups with 20lb dumbbells.

Feeling a bit better today.  Such a long process unloving someone.  He is always on my mind.  Hoping he is just as miserable.  I want the whole crazy, stupid love though and refuse to settle for less.  I still feel good about my decision but I miss my best friend.
