Took a day off yesterday to work and hang out with my kids. Bought a new protein powder and decided to go with this brand due to the fact that it’s lactose free and has lots of good reviews.
Still need to get BCAA’s, multi-vitamin and glutamine. Weighed in today at 143.7lbs. Really need to concentrate on getting my legs cut…doing lots of glutes and getting that outer sweep on my quads – squats, lunges, deadlifts!!
